SUMMATIVE: Style Guide & App

Open Finder
On the left side, scroll down to "Locations" and click "Google Drive" (NOT "My Drive")
Click "Shared drives" > "Graphic Design 2 Templates"
Double-Click "SUMMATIVE Style Guide and App.ai" to open.

Make up a company (cannot be a real company) that sells products
Find a logo for your company:
- Draw your own
- Search/download on: https://www.flaticon.com/icons
Find photos of the products your company will sell on the app:
- 6+ product photos
- 2 other/marketing photos for the home page

Figure out the following for your company/app:

Logo
Description of the app/company
Color palette with 6 colors (identify using the HEX #)
- Use a specific color scheme: monochromatic, complimentary, analogous, triadic, split-complimentary
Typography with 3 different headers (different sizes) and body copy
Buttons: primary and secondary.

Because your file is saved on Creative Cloud, it will be a ".aic" file - this means Illustrator saves your file every 5 minutes.

If you see an asterisk (*), that means there are unsaved changes.
To save, in the top menu, click "File" > "Save"
- If "Save" is grayed out, it means your file has already been automatically saved.
