Go to the Camera app
Tap "VIDEO"
To record: tap the record button (red circle) or press either volume button
To zoom: pinch the screen or drag the slider between - and +
To stop recording: tap the record button (red square now) button or press either volume button
By default, video records at 30 fps (frames per second). Depending on your model, you can choose other frame rates and video resolution settings. The faster the frame rate and the higher the resolution, the larger the resulting video file.
Settings > Camera > Record Video
Go to the Settings app
Scroll down to Camera
Tap the slider next to "Grid" so it's green
Go to the Camera app
Tap "SLO-MO"
To record: tap the record button (red circle) or press either volume button
To stop recording: tap the record button (red square now) button or press either volume button
To Edit the Slow Motion:
Tap the video thumbnail
Tap "Edit".
Slide the vertical bars below the frame viewer to define the section you want to play back in slow motion.
To change Slo-mo recording settings, go to Settings > Camera > Record Slo-mo (depending on your iPad model, you may not have this option).
Set up your iPad where you want to capture a sunset, traffic flowing, or other experience over a period of time.
Go to the Camera app
Tap "TIME-LAPSE"
To record: tap the record button (red circle) or press either volume button
To stop recording: tap the record button (red square now) button or press either volume button
On models that support Auto FPS Links to an external site., when you take time-lapse 1080p video at 30 fps under low-light conditions, iPad can automatically reduce the frame rate to 24 fps to improve the video quality. Go to Settings > Camera > Record Video, then turn on Auto Low Light FPS.
